You don’t even have to install anything. You can download one of the no-installer zip file packages, extract all, and then find the MODALIZERPLUS.exe executable file and run it. It will allow you to use the DICOM Viewer for free.

MODALIZER+ Free DICOM Viewer can display all the common DICOM SOP Classes, Images, PDF Documents and MPEG DICOM Videos, DICOM annotation files (Presentation States objects) and Structured Reports.
